Numerical Modeling in Rock Mechanics - from Continuum to Discontinuum

In this 30-minute webinar hosted by TVSeminars, different numerical modeling methods used in rock engineering were discussed. The talk outlines advantages and disadvantages of the different approaches, including continuum, discontinuum, and hybrid solutions.

LabCom showroom:
participated in the LabCom showroom, an event organized by the CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique at Palais Brongniart, to celebrate the creation of the 200th CNRS/company joint laboratory.
A nice opportunity to present the collaboration between Géosciences Rennes and
Itasca Consultants SAS, that was boosted by the birth of Fractory back in 2018.
